Only myself and my dog , I’m usually always working , hardly have anyone over , I work night shift , so I want someone to be respectful during the day with noise . Utilities are included, Wi-Fi , water , light, trash . Note : during summer time we need to mutually agree as far as turning the AC on , if bill exceeds my average bill I will ask for half .
