North 22nd Street

This property includes everything in the rent except electric. All the bills are split including rent if you decide to room with me. Fully furnished living room and kitchen/May add anything to your liking as well. I do have my own internet and am more than welcome to share long as you can pay half.

My current roommate is moving out and so I will need a new roommate for the upcoming lease which starts July 30th 2022 and goes till July 29th 2023. I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible and respectful. I am more of a personal space type person, I don’t mind engaging but normally like to stick to enjoying time by myself when at home. I am a student as well and I work full time. I would prefer splitting cleaning responsibilities but some things like dishes I think is more of a, if you make a mess you clean it up type thing. And I wouldn’t expect you to clean my dishes per say either. Lastly, just looking for someone who can commit to a year long lease and can be responsible in taking care of there shared bills.
