Hi, I have a private bedroom in a 2bed 2bath apartment at Lockefield Gardens apartments which is available NOW. The apartment is a very spacious one (in-fact, it is one of the largest types in Lockefield). It is very close to the campus - like 7min walk to the campus center.
The lease is for 12 months.
Fees for water and internet are $13.34 and $7.67 respectively. Electricity bill varies.
About other roommates: There will be two other roommates (so in total, there will be 3 people living in the apartment). Both of us are graduate students at IUPUI.
