Home has ADT security system. Central AC and heater available. Primo filtered water gets delivered to the home and you will have access to it as well. $800 first month rent will be due upon moving in. A $800 dollar refundable security deposit will be required before moving in. A $55 dollar Background check fee will also be required Per adult.
