Area is safe, great location ( 15 minutes to town and 15 min to airport). Walmart, Lowe’s, Salons, Restaurants, other grocery and shopping within 2 miles. Trails, Interstate, bus line, walkable and I have a bike you can use! Can bring own mattress, side table, lamp and chair if have. I can provide a futon ( you bring linens). I also can provide a 19inch TV, lamp, small table, chair, lamp and basic cleaning products. Pool & Gym included!! I am Not looking to share entire apartment. You will have own room, entry and private bath in room. I am 41 and have a mini American Eskimo. Work from home full-time. No smoking inside. Please have employment for 1 year. Will need background check. Deposit. Can start with month to month lease for 90 days and go from there. All utilities included. Also near bus line. Ages 25-45 would be best. No pets.
