1 medium size room available June 1st. The house is 3 br, 1 bath with a 2 car garage and a fenced in yard. It feels quite spacious and was recently renovated.

Rent is $825 + utilities (which seems to range around $100 per month).

We are looking for someone who is health conscious, respectful of others, quiet and a working individual. Please no synthetic, shitty smells (colognes, perfumes, etc.) nobody needs those xenoestrogens/neurotoxins in their life… We just ask that you’re a functioning human who can keep the house clean, pay their bills and isn’t a serial killer. If you love dogs that is an added bonus!

About us:

I (Charles) am an acupuncturist. I work full time at a clinic in the Corbett area so I’m often not home during the day. I’m a salt of the earth type of human. I’ve been into athletics most of my life and enjoy staying active. I like to read, study, go on adventures with my 12lb dachshund, go out with friends, sip some vino - the typical 30 y.o. things. I am a pretty even split of introvert-extrovert and enjoy shooting the shit with roommates but also enjoy my alone time just as much.

Sam is a 26 y.o. who works nights at Amazon and is going to Mt. Hood Community College the other part of the week. He has a 4 y.o. pit-terrier mix who is an absolute sweet heart. He’s pretty quiet and keeps to himself.
