About the room: ample room for a queen size bed, dresser, closet space. The bathroom with a bath/shower will be shared by you and one other girl. There is a 1/2 bathroom on the second level of the house (next to kitchen).

About the house: 3 story, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. Garage parking. HOA Complex has a pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and racquetball court. 2 miles from downtown HB

About the roommates: two chill girls in our 30s. Our roommate currently in the master bedroom is moving out January 2nd and I will be taking over that room so the room available for rent will be mine (similar size as to the room pictured) I’m in field sales so I work a hybrid schedule either traveling nationally, in the field locally in Orange County or work from home while not traveling. The other roommate who you would be sharing a bathroom with works full time at a hospital and is also a student.

We are looking for someone similar in age who is a working professional, laid back and respectful of work hours during the week, keeps a tidy space and cleans up after yourself in all common areas. We are LGBTQ and 420 friendly and don’t mind visitors or overnight guests within reason as long as they are respectful as well.
