Trans male to female with a nice new home in a nice neighborhood near the river about 10 minutes from downtown. I have three dogs and would have preference to someone without pets. Cats are a likely no, because I’d have to have you sign a limit of warranty because my dogs may hurt or kill a cat. :( LGBTQIA+ friendly is a must. You’d have your own off street parking space and all utilities included. The dogs will hound you at first and one will likely bark for weeks until she gets used to you but all are friendly with the exception of Lady, she’s not aggressive but not friendly, will hide and bark/growl.
