Sasha's room

Newly remodeled single family home with two rooms to rent. Rooms have a full sized bed, dresser and side table, and the living room and kitchen are fully furnished with laundry. There is a large yard in the back and great lighting inside throughout the day. I am looking for short term lease, preferably a student or young professional. The rooms are $1300.00 and $1400.00 a month, NOT INCLUDING UTILITIES. Can also be unfurnished.

Sometimes I am working from home and sometimes in the field. I am pretty mellow, and respect my roommates space. Cleanliness is a key part of the harmony in the common spaces. There is a dog named Bleu, but she isn’t always here.
