2 Bed/2 Bath in Exchange Place, 5 min walk to the Exchange Place PATH and near the light rail. The available room has a bathroom outside the room but would be yours. In-unit washer/dryer and gym in building. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the building.

I’m 23 and a software engineer at JP Morgan. I WFH 2 days a week and am looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible roommate. My current roommate just purchased a home and is moving out at the end of our current lease, which we would be resigning. I’d love to hang out (previous roommate and I would cook HelloFresh together) but also give personal time/space. I need to resign my lease ASAP so please contact if motivated. If you have a later move in date, I’m willing to help cover the first month :)
