I’m looking for someone to take over my lease as I’m moving out of the area. It’s a large 1bd/1bath with a balcony on the second/top floor! Also has a large dining room alcove that I’m currently using as an office. Apartment community is great and maintenance is readily available! Pet friendly with extra fee. W/D hookups available and I could negotiate the washer/dryer for an additional fee. Also willing to negotiate any furniture you’re interested in!
