About the room
It is a small, unfurnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom house. You would have a shared bathroom, full access to kitchen, living room, and a large, fenced backyard.
I currently have 2 cats and a 70lbs dog. The cats (Steve and Amara) mostly nap during the day. The dog (Kali) loves people and gets along with both cats and dogs. Would prefer a roommate with another dog so that Kali can have someone to play with during the day while I’m at work, but it’s not a requirement.
About the roomies
I’m a 31-year-old male currently working full-time at UNM and will be out most of the evenings taking care of other side projects. You’ll also be in the company of two cats and a playful dog!
The landlord has made a room for himself in the garage, but also just keeps to himself. We both tend to remain busy with work and side-hustles.
