Hi everyone My roommates and I are looking for 1 roommate to complete the 4th room available in our apartment currently all the roommates are girls ( 2 students from cal poly and one Fullerton) the room comes with a Queen size bedroom The apartment complex is located in West Covina.
Continental Village is conveniently located in the pleasant community of West Covina. just moments ( 15 minutes ) from Cal-Poly Pomona University, Mt. San Antonio College, West Covina Fashion Plaza, Puente Hills Mall and easy access to the 10 and 60 freeways. The room is at $850 for one person and $450 per person if shared by two people . All the utilities included . 800$ deposit required and would be returned to you when you move and leave everything perfect as found . There two bathrooms each is shared by two people. The room is available In August.
