Corner house in a nice isolated neighborhood with no traffic. Plenty of parking. High speed Wi-Fi internet. Surrounded by many shopping centers. 15 minutes from Ontario International Airport. 15 minutes from Ontario Mills indoor mall and 15 minutes from Victoria Gardens outdoor mall. Artist/Musician friendly.

Room size is approximately 10’x10’ plus additional open closet space.

Professional Top40 music producer/musician working mostly from home with noticeable volume during neighbor friendly hours. Substantially low volume/headphones at night to respect neighbors (quiet isolated neighborhood with no traffic). Full band rehearsal typically once a week for 3-4 hours on Sunday afternoons in a sound treated garage with professional and respectful band mates.

If you’re looking for absolute silence during the day, this is not the place for you.

Cleanliness is a high priority. I’m very clean and expect the same from others. My general rule is “If you use it, clean it”. I’m friendly and can be social, but respect the privacy and personal belongings of others as well. I also have two small dogs named Fender and Gibson. :)
