This is a 2nd floor 3bd 1.5ba apartment at Westmont Village apartments available june 10 for $2060/mo, with utilities it’s like $800 per person. Security deposit depends on credit but the fees the landlord went over were under $150, they require renter’s insurance though. There’s a solid amount of parking, nice AC, open kitchen (no wall between living room), and a balcony. The leasing office is also a clubhouse and has a gym, pool, dog park, and outdoor seating area with grills and a fireplace for events. The 3rd person dropped out of our application last minute so we’re looking for another - females or LGBT preferred

3 bedroom places are significantly more affordable, so we’re looking for a 3rd roommate to join us in applying for this and other apartments between Naperville and Oak Brook (Bolingbrook, Woodridge, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, etc.) SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY - we’ve had 8 people ghost us so far and it’s exhausting.

Your roommates would be Nicole and Em. I’m not gonna lie, we’re pretty damn fun, and we’re looking for someone who can match our adventurous, artsy, progressive, nature-nerd vibe and actually likes going out on hikes or to bars or whatever. No hermits or cold transactional relationships here. We’re cool with having friends/SO’s over sometimes, but it has to not be disruptive of anyone’s schedule (N works night shift and sleeps during the day). It’s a 2nd floor apartment so not sure about dogs and N is allergic to cats, but we have a crested gecko and a ball python and their tanks will probably be in the shared area bc N’s room will be dark all the time.
