34th Street Southwest

It’s lower half of the house , a finished basement about 700sq foot. Fully carpeted built in entertainment center, separate room also has a built in bar / eating area , there is also a half bath but the shower is upstairs . We would share a kitchen .

I’m mostly quiet an stick to myself . I do have a dog unfortunately she don’t like other animals though but loves ppl. Also looking for someone I can trust due to sharing some space .
