About the room
I’ve been in this unit for 3 years and I’ve really enjoyed it. The master bedroom (the available room) and the kitchen just had new floors put in, and I rarely have a problem with anything. Being a 2 minute walk from Lincoln Park is really nice, and I never feel unsafe in the neighborhood. The landlord is attentive and quick to reply and act if there are any issues
About the roomies
I’m incredibly laid back and can live with just about anyone. Noise and guests don’t bother me (I can sleep through anything), and as long as everything is relatively clean I’ll be happy. During the school year I work ~50-60 hours a week so I won’t be home too much, but during the summers I’m home quite a bit.
