We are renting this room inside of our house. Its 153sqft with its own bathroom. We are asking for $1300 to move in and rent on a one year term. About the roomies
We’re a family of 3 with 1 other housemate living with us. We have a cat & a dog so you should be pet friendly. However, we can’t allow you to bring pets to stay here. (Sorry) We don’t have a lot of visitors usually its fairly quiet neighborhood. This room is ideal for 1 person so no families please. Please let me know what days you are available to see the room if you would like to come by. Anything else you’d like to know, feel free to ask
