West Jefferson Street

This spacious 4 bedroom house is located in a great part of Brewerytown. Located about a mile north of the Philadelphia Art Museum it is walking distance of Fairmount Park as well as the bars in Fairmount. This property has a very open living room/kitchen set up for great common space and a nice fenced in backyard where we plan to add a hot tub and tiki bar for fun nights out back. Street parking is very easy to come by if you need to park a car as well. Basement has plenty of storage space as well as workout equipment.

Currently it is a friend and myself who will be living there and we are looking for two more who are a good fit. We are both male, 27 years old, very social, active, and hard working. One works in insurance and the other in engineering. We are clean, organized, and laid back and want whoever moves in to feel at home with the space.
