As the owner of the condo, I spend most of my time out of state. When I’m in town, I live in the adjacent condominium and often use my home office. When I’m out of state, I’m entrusting you essentially as a house-sitter along with the other housemate.

The other housemates are a professional male early 30’s and Boston College Law student 20’s. Both are friendly, easy going, and very considerate about keeping the home clean, tidy and a great place to live.
