Laura's room

My favorite thing about the property is the neighborhood. It is a great community, with really kind and helpful neighbors, fun amenities, lots of green, outdoors and golf fields. The area has many things to do out in nature, while it is still close to Houston and allows a more urban lifestyle. Local restaurants are my weakness. The room (and full house) are freshly painted, well maintained, and professionally cleaned. The room can include an office space if you choose to, it can be furnished as well (optional), and it also comes with an updated private bathroom. The kitchen is large, well designed, and probably my favorite part of the house. The backyard has a pergola and I’ve set it up as a place to rest from work and screens.

It is just me and my good boy (dog). Him and I only use one or two out of the four bedrooms, so we could enjoy and respect each other’s privacy. I am friendly and social, enjoy eating well, and travel a lot. I am still on the low energy side, and enjoy having the house as a place to rest, unwind, and relax. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. I have a schedule that varies between going to the office and WFH, and my current job is related to oil and gas. In my free time I enjoy caring for my pets (dog and fish), visiting my nephews, seeing friends, cooking, a glass of beer or wine, attempting to work out, a coffee, planning trips, etc.
