About the room
This is a large, furnished room (bed, nightstand and television) in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. You will share the bathroom with one female, and will have access to the shared spaces (living room, kitchen, dining/craft room, sunroom and back yard)
About the roomies
2 females, 1 male. All students and professionals in their 30s and 40s. There are two young cats who live at the house as well.
The roomies are looking for someone who is between late 20s and 45, who preferably has a first shift job, does not throw large parties and will not have guests over for more than 3 days a week. Cleanliness is a must, particularly in the shared restroom and kitchen!
