Seeking ONE FEMALE SHORT-TERM tenant to share a spacious two bedroom townhouse with another female. No smoking, no pets. This place is perfect for traveling healthcare professionals and other working professionals seeking temporary, but nice housing in the Hershey/Harrisburg area. The townhome is located in The Four Seasons Townhouses—about a 10-15 minute drive from HACC, downtown Harrisburg, UPMC/Harrisburg Hospital and Hershey. It has two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, fully stocked cook’s kitchen, a deck, a dedicated parking space for the unit, and an empty finished basement. The available second bedroom is large and has a good sized closet (almost walk-in), queen size bed and dresser. You will provide your own linens–matress cover, pillows, sheets, blankets and your own towels. The bathroom has two locking entrances, one from the hallway and one from the master bedroom. It has double sinks, full size tub/shower and lots of storage space. On the main floor of the townhouse there is a laundry room with new washer and dryer for your use. The basement is yours for storage, and there is a deck off the kitchen in the back of the townhouse. There is a dedicated parking spot for you, and water/sewer/trash bill is paid by the landlord while electric and internet utilities are paid 50/50 by tenants.

We are seeking ONE FEMALE SHORT TERM renter for the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom townhouse. The renter we seek must agree to the following: is FEMALE is NON-smoking (cigarettes, vaping, etc.) is NO drug using (sorry—medical and recreational marijuana included) has NO children and NO pets has FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT and provides proof of employment before signing the rental agreement has NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS including significant others, family members, friends, etc. This is a short term lease (6 months or less) to suit the needs of a traveling professional or someone relocating.
