The rest of the apartment is already completely furnished including kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning supplies. Short walk to Fulton center (many trains). Short walk to Pace University, Battery park, Wall st., Seaport, Resturaunts, Bars , World Trade and Oculus.

Antonia and I are both students and we are clean when it comes to shared spaces, we clean regularly. We’re both layed back and like to have people over often. We like fashion and music and going out in NYC!
