We have a spacious kitchen and living room and a small terrace/garden. Both Cody’s and my room have ensuite bathrooms, so the third bathroom would be your private bathroom, even though it is outside the room. The flat is thus a perfect mix between having our own spaces and having a nice shared area. In both the garage and the basement we have a lot of storage space. There is space for two cars outside the door and a lot of parking space around the corner in case we end up with three cars. The Spring Creek Trail is literally outside the door and the ride to CSU is 15 minutes along the trail. Groceries (KingSoopers, Whole Foods and Sprouts) are 15 min by bike and Old Town is about 20 min by bike. Pets are unfortunately not allowed by the contract.

As our flatmate Kylee moves on with her life and in with her boyfriend, we are looking for a new flatmate to join us. You would be joining Cody and me (Milena). Cody is a CSU alumnus and works in special education. He is a Cowboy fan, professional Cornhole player and follows any sports that involves a ball. I am from Germany and just finished the first year of my Economics PhD. I like rock climbing and cycling and still don’t understand football despite Cody’s best attempts. We are looking for someone who likes to live in a shared space and likes to hang out or share a meal once in a while. Ideally, we are looking for a grad student or young professional as we are no party-every-weekend flat anymore.
