Glenmont Circle

Second bedroom in my apartment in Glenmont Circle available. Looking to renew my lease with a second person. Home is a 5mins walk to Glenmont Station, 10 minute walk to Brookside Gardens, and a 5mins drive into Wheaton. Room faces the parking lot with a huge window that allows for tons of natural light, there’s also a fair sized closet as well. Bathroom is shared which is always clean. Balcony offers a great view of nature, one of the few buildings in the neighborhood that does not face another apt building. We each get a parking pass and one guest pass, parking can be a bit crazy but there’s always a spot. Pool passes are available as well, I’ve never been though.

For now my cat, Smoke and I are just looking for another person, preferably female, to help keep the place. My current roommate got a new job and is moving closer to it and out of the apt. I hate to see her go ‘cause I like living here actually. It’s close to everything. I work long hours at a local dealership and smoke is an indoor cat, he loves to sit on the balcony and enjoy the nature so he may meow at you to open the door. He otherwise plays with his toys or is sleeping. I play guitar now and then so if it gets a bit loud just let me know. I love music and typically have it playing when I’m home. I do occasionally have friends over to watch UFC fights on Saturday nights and they do get a bit loud sometimes but neighbors have never complained. I would love for you feel free to join or have whoever you’d like over. I just request that everyone respect the home and keep the peace. It is overall a very peaceful space.
