Private room and hall bathroom (that I won’t use, so it’s also kind of private), with shared living spaces. Rent includes utilities and internet. Bedroom has a sofa bed, chair, and TV/TV stand, but that can be taken out if unneeded. There is an in-unit washer/dryer, and the kitchen has a microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. The complex has a small gym and pool, and is about 5-10 minutes from Longwood University.

I’m 31 years old, female, quiet, clean, and laid back. My dog is 3 years old, male, quiet, sheds a surprising amount, and has no chill, but he’s super friendly and cuddly. I’m a student at Longwood with about 3 more semesters of school left. I enjoy video games, shows like the Umbrella Academy, and I’m a bit of a geek. I’m looking for someone who is also quiet and clean.
