Hi,

My friend and I are moving into a house in incline village. It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2000 sq ft house. Its about 3 minutes away from the water, and 5 minutes from a ski resort. the house has an updated kitchen, outdoor patio, and is located just 40 minutes outside of reno. the room available is a about 200-300 sqft, and would be located upstairs. it currently has a bed and a dresser, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture.

Luke and I are big rock climbers and snowboarders. we are looking for someone who can vibe with us as well as be a good roommate.

I work remotely so I will be home most of the day, but will be traveling for work a lot. Luke will be working locally. Let me know if you’re interested in living right by the lake and in the mountains!
