The house is located in Washington Park area with DU and shops a few blocks away. Washington Park is by far the most popular park in the greater Denver area. It is within walking distance to the park. It is a very safe neighborhood as well. The master bedroom is available. Private bathroom as well. The kitchen and laundry room (downstairs) are the 2 shared rooms. There are numerous amenities at the house which will be covered during a house showing.

I stay in the basement part of the house. There are min pins (small dogs) living here at the house. Very good and friendly little kids. I’m an IT professional with an emphasis on cybersecurity. I work a hybrid part of week at home and rest in office. Spare time like to hangout with friends, travel, workout, play and watch sports, and do house projects.
