Currently available is an unfurnished master bedroom of a 3 bedroom townhome with your own bathroom and walk in closet. The townhome also includes full access to the rest of the house (kitchen, living room, etc.) Laundry is available in the unit right next to the bedrooms which is very handy. The complex includes a clubhouse, multiple pools, a fully equipped gym, sauna, movie theater, and more including amazing views of the back bay! The complex is 2.5 miles away from UCI, a 25 minute walk to fashion island, and blocks away from the beach! Water is included in the rent, gas and electric will be split by 3. The wifi bill will also be split by 3. Please take note that the security deposit is required after signing the lease and will not be refundable.

My name is Amira and I am a student studying psychology and work full time. HEADS UP: I also have my cat living here with me. She is very sweet and friendly and does not cause any ruckus or damage. Please keep this in mind if you have allergies… I am a patient, respectful and a very giving person. In this house no one is looking over your shoulder 24/7, this is your home too, do as you please. What I do ask for in a roommate is having mutual respect for each other as well as the common areas of the house. I expect everyone to clean after themselves leaving, for example, the kitchen ready to be used for the next person and so on. !!!!!!If you know you are not a cleanly and organized person, please do not waste my time!!!!!! (we all have different definitions of “being clean”) Overall we are a drama free household and expect communication from everyone equally. We are looking for someone to fit in with this environment; Young and easy going female figuring out life just as much as we are (older females okay if applicable), well put together and not one to involve party life with the house.
