Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The 3 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building. Apartment features: living room, dining room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, in unit washer/dryer, storage space, and street parking available.

This is for a single subtenant (no couples). The common areas are fully furnished, and we are a shoe free household. The apartment is in a central location. Walking distance to: South Shore Shopping Center, bus stop, beaches/parks, coffee shops/restaurants, and hospital. The bedroom is very spacious (164 sqft). There are two large windows that give lots of light, and a great view of sunset. The bedroom is carpeted, includes a small closet, baseboard heater, and comes unfurnished.

Rent is $925. A security deposit of $915 will be required including first month’s rent. We are on a month-to-month basis, but would like to have a commitment of at least 6 months. We split the utilities (internet, gas, water, trash, and electricity) evenly 3-ways. Utilities average $70-$120/month.

We are both really easy going, and try to be respectful of keeping common spaces clean. Communication is very important to us. We are vegan/vegetarian, LGBTQ + friendly, non-smokers, and fully vaccinated (we hope you are too). We enjoy cooking, baking, reading, and the outdoors. Both work outside of the home in customer service and education. We are in our mid 20’s to early 30’s.
