Jessica's room

Hi everyone! I have one room available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Carlsbad. The lease is for one year and starts on September 1st. The bedroom is $890 and utilities are usually about $65 each. The condo is 5 minutes from the 5 and 78 and ten minutes from the Carlsbad Village and beach! It is near a nature preserve, so there are beautiful views and sounds of nature. We have in-unit laundry! I am looking for young professional, female roommates in their late 20’s to mid 30’s who are friendly, clean and respectful. No smoking, dogs or couples please.

I am an elementary teacher. I enjoy hiking, beach days, and staying active! 😊 I am friendly, clean and thoughtful!
