Furnished room w/ wifi included! Rent is $1500 bills included. You’ll have free access to the living room, backyard, kitchen and laundry. 10-20mins from pretty much anywhere in San Diego. The bedroom has a bed , new carpet, dresser and garage parking. I’ll be going on deployment so it’ll only be a short term rent until I get back in October 2024. You will be sharing the house with 1 other person who is my friend and long term renter. I don’t want any pets or other people besides yourself renting just to keep the courtesy for my other roommate.

I’ve been in the Navy for 10 yrs, I joined when I was 17. I’m very laid back and pretty much just work, gym, ride my motorcycle and play video games. I spend a lot of time with my gf/future wife.
