Marie's room

I have a very nice, clean, safe and furnished room. The room is currently available. I am not in a rush to fill, I am interested in a good tenant. We are mid 50s owners who live in the house. I don’t have an age requirement but it is a very quiet house lol. I do own a older mutt and a 5 year old cat. I am also fostering 1 dog and 1 cat. Non-aggressive and all are potty trained so the whole house is clean. I do smoke in the living room but the bedrooms are all non-smoking.

I do have temporary 30 year old tenants(2) with their own bathroom working in AZ. for a few months.
