Looking for a woman to take over/sublease my room, the sublease would be for the month of July with the option to resign a year lease with the other girls that live in the apartment and the rent for July would be $800. The new Lease would be August 2022 - July 2023 and would be $900 per month plus utilities [$50-$75]. If you just want to rent the room for July that’s okay, still contact me. The Bedroom is furnished in a 3 bedroom with a convenient location in Ridgewood, Queens near the Bushwick border. Apartment is right off of the M line and a 10 minute walk to the L line. Lots of bakeries, cafes and bars around the corner. The bedroom is spacious, has a skylight that opens and closes, ample closet space. There is no AC in the bedroom, but there is in the living room right next to where the bedroom is located which cools the bedroom off. The apartment has a living room, dining area, coat closet and a large storage closet.

Current roommates are 29 and 32, one works from home and the other works overnight shifts. They are nice and extremely helpful. They would prefer someone 24 or older and female. The household is 420 friendly and is chill about overnight guests. Must be okay with Cats, since one lives in the apartment. Unfortunately the landlord doesn’t want any more pets in the apartment. Also, no couples allowed.
