My place is nicely furnished manufactured 1900 sq. ft home with a cozy appeal to it. This is a very safe gated community. I am asking $650 plus $200 deposit. It is a nice furnished room with nice sealy serta queen comfy bed, big dresser and walk in closet with big screen TV. Internet is very strong. You will have your own private bathroom. There is a very peaceful large lanai. In the community there is 18 hole executive golf course, golf pro shops ⛳, 2 clubhouses with many fun activities including football parties, karaoke on Wednesday nights, pool parties with dj, bible study, dances, events, bingo, art classes, ect, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, pro golf shop, pub and restaurant all on property. Ideal for golfer. 3 month minimum with month to month, or lease if you choose. I will be mostly gone so you will have the place to yourself so I need someone to look after place as if its your own place. Ideally I am searching for someone who will share electric so they will be conscious of it. I pay water, internet and taxes. Must be friendly and a good soul. You have proof of work or income and few references. There is a basic park background check that is mandatory for park sticker for your car or truck.
