5 bed 4 bath, large home, pool access, hot tub as common area, covered patio front and back, large kitchen and family rooms. Off street parking available My Wife, son and I are renting 2 of our rooms to very clean individuals. Everyone is welcome, $300 non-refundable fee plus $900 first months rent to move in. Due date is every month at the same day as move in, there will be no pro rated move in. The rooms are intended for 1 person, but my wife and I will consider couples and or children. No pets please.
