Bobrich Court

Hi! We have 2 rooms available, one is available for June 1st, the other will be available July 1st. The property is located in a very nice suburban neighborhood. It has a large backyard for suburbia. I have lived in this neighborhood for 21 years so I can verify that it is an awesome community. I, Brittany, own the home, and my fiancè Ethan and our 3 year roommate Jeff, our dog Nala, and our car, Garfunkel live here with me. A little about us: Brittany- age 25 works a full time job as well as a contingent job and is in school part time aspiring tp get into a nursing program and become an RN. Likes horror movies, concerts, outdoor adventures and traveling. Ethan- age 28 CNC machinist full-time as well as the handyman of the house. He can fix ANYTHING. He enjoys working on cars, disc golfing, concerts, and being up north. Jeff-age 32, is a full-time contractor and enjoys disc golf. He is leaving us in July because he is getting married. All utilities, appliances, and storage are included in the room price. We have a firepit, grill, and lots of parks near by. The June 1st room itself is quaint, can fit a queen sized bed, dresser, and entertainment system comfortably, it has a window overlooking the back yard and has a closet. The carpet is a 70’s pink color, it came like that and the carpet is so plush that we didn’t want to replace it yet. The July 1st room is larger, blueish carpet, and also has a window overlooking the backyard.
