Hi everyone my friend and I are looking for 2 more housemates at a house located in Setauket to join our 1 year lease which runs from June 1st till May 31st 2023. From Stony Brook University its a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride- walking might be a little far but doable. House is located on a dead end street so it’s very quiet and private. Right off N Country Rd and Ridgeway ave so it’s near all major stores in the area(stop and shop, cvs, post office, etc). We have already secured the house and you will be adding your name to the lease. We’re looking for someone that will respect the house and neighborhood. It will come furnished with plenty of extra furniture in the garage. There are two rooms currently available, one is priced at $800 per month plus utilities(fits twin/twinxl) and the other at $875 plus utilities (fits full/queen bed). Looking for someone who will stay the whole duration of the lease.

We met freshman year in the dorms at SBU. We enjoy playing video games such as guitar hero, splitgate, chivalry and more, playing music (we play drums, guitar, piano, and bass guitar) as well as listening to music (audiophiles who have lots of speakers and headphones, we listen to all kinds of music as well). Our majors are computer engineering and electrical engineering. We’re ideally looking for someone that will respect the house and property- the neighborhood is as private and quiet as can be and understandably neighbors don’t want that ruined. There will be regular basic maintenance which will be split amongst everyone such as mowing the lawn. Let me know if you have any questions.
