In an apartment now but my roommate is leaving because he can no longer afford his part of the rent. Incredible 2 bed 2 bath, penthouse level corner unit with slightly obstructed views of downtown Boston and completely unobstructed views of the Northeast of Boston and the South Shore. (Literally, as far as the eyes can see. 4th of July is pretty sick to watch from up here! It was too cloudy in the attached photos to see the city but typically you can) You get your own parking spot right outside the building. Very close to the highway, train, and downtown Quincy. Elevator and code enabled front door. Apartment will come mostly furnished except for your room. May need a new couch, coffee table and end table, but can work that out and current couch may actually stay (its functional but the faux leather is peeling off.). Bills in addition to rent is about $250/person. Heat/electricity/utilities, internet, youtubeTV, etc. The bedroom in the photos is mine because the roommate is being weird about letting me take photos. Similar room with smaller closet, bathroom 3 steps away.

Lived here with a roommate since 2016, he’s leaving due to affordability for him. I’m a 38 year old attorney and real estate broker who spends most of my time working at either of my 2 jobs, relaxing with some drinks and/or watching sports. I have a significant other but they live in New Jersey and we rotate visits - so they would be here for a few days/a weekend every 8 to 12 weeks.
