3 bedroom 2 bathroom house available for rent. We are preferably looking for a pair of people to fill the two rooms with a shared bathroom. The third bedroom is the master bedroom with a private bathroom that is being used as my private home office. So, essentially the two people renting the rooms with the shared bathroom will be the only people living in the house at all times. Anchor tenant/owner is ourselves (Kelsey and Jess) who live in the granny flat on the property. We have lived together for the last two years here. We like to think that we provide a friendly, comfortable, respectful, family home environment. The backyard will be the main “shared space” between us. Our two dogs, Bonez and Ziggy, won’t be in your living space. They live in our granny flat and backyard only.

The two rooms available for rent are unfurnished, and the common areas have basic furniture in them (couch, coffee table, dining table, chairs, fridge, some kitchen tools, toaster, etc).
