Rachel's room

Hello! My roommate and I have a room available in a rented house. Our last roommate is moving out between mid July and early August.

The lease is for 1 year.

We are looking for someone tidy and respectful, with good roommate communication skills.

Monthly rent: $616.66 (after being split 3 ways) Utilities are not included but usually it all totals up to around $750 including internet.

Location: Near DI and Nellis.

Room: Medium size, bathroom (with shower/tub) shared with 1 roommate. There is an additional half bathroom downstairs as well. You also get a spot in the garage!

There are 2 of us (28F and 23M) We mostly keep to ourselves but have occasional get togethers. 28F is a full time artist and likes to watch true crime and eat mozzarella sticks. 23M is a bartender and likes anime and gaming.

420 friendly, just don’t hot box me lol.

Pets: We each have 1 cat (2 in total) We’re open to 1 more cat is as long as they can get along with our kitties.
