Both are quiet and peaceful, we ask the same of you. Guests are fine, but we’re not having any big parties. Bedroom has large closet. window opens up to the lush backyard space. House has lots of storage room. Off street parking in driveway. Very nice outdoor/backyard space. Nice open deck for BBQ ing, etc. Hardwood floors throughout home, tile in bathrooms. Shared Bathroom recently completely remodeled. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and eat in bar area. In home washer/dryer. 6 month lease minimum required.
