Hi! My roommate and I have one open room in our apartment. We are looking for 1 person to join us. The room mentioned is pictured above. The room is available for move-in June 1st

The listing is a 4bd 2ba with a nice private patio for us to use. We have central A/C. It is near public transportation if you want to visit Harvard square. The 71 bus is right at the corner of the street, and the 70 bus is also nearby. It goes into Watertown and Waltham. There is laundry in the basement (coin-operated). The rooms are a very good size, they can all fit full/queen beds with a lot of space left for other furniture as well (comes unfurnished, but option to get some furniture from previous tenants). The landlord pays for water and sewer.

First and last are required to secure the room.

We are both conscientious and respectful roommates. We both work in research, I work in a geriatric psychiatry research lab and Brianna’s a developmental biologist doing research at Harvard. This space is 420 and LGBTQ+ friendly! We are looking for roommates to bond with (house bondings and all).
