Note: will drop rent by 200 if you can watch my doggie and let out my chickens (no handling necessary) on days when I’m out of town. If you aren’t interested in dog sitting it’s no problem and rent will be 1400

You will share a 4 bed 2 bath house just 23 minutes from Malibu! Gated outdoor area. Gated parking. Plenty of street parking for guests directly in front of home without street cleaning. The house will have a dishwasher, central AC/heat, purified alkaline water system, surveillance cameras in front/rear of home, washer/dryer, and a tankless water heater. The room can be furnished if needed. 4/20 friendly. No cigarettes or spliffs. Background check not required but will need to verify you are real (preferably with IG account.)

I️ am clean and tidy and work 9-5 on weekdays but like to go out during my free time. If you have a late work schedule during the week it won’t be a great fit because I am a light sleeper. Other roomie is my boyfriend. I have a medium sized pit-mix pupper that loves people but not other dogs unfortunately. Looking for a like-minded and laid back roomie.
