37th Street

The house is located at 940 37th Street near CU’s East Campus in Boulder and leased through Boulder Property Management. The rent is $2,985 a month total, so between the three people it is $995, plus utilities. Utilities are charged based on usage but typically run $235 a month, split equally between the tenants as well.

The house itself is spacious, consisting of a furnished living room, dining room and kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, air-fryer, and stove. A washer and dryer are included in unit. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The available bedroom has hardwood flooring and a beautiful view of the Flatirons from the window. There is a fish tank in the living room also.

The location is within walking distance to CU’s Main Campus. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a front and back yard with a driveway and a shed on the left side of the house. There is also a dog park and bike path accessible behind the house.

Two roommates searching for a third person to join a year lease from July/August 2022 to August 2023. We have lived here for a year and released, loving the property.

Very friendly rising seniors who enjoy going outdoors and being active in addition to studying throughout the year. Hobbies include hiking and riding bikes/motorcycles, exploring Boulder, gardening, skiing, etc.
