This is a private room and attached to the main house. Laundry available and a private entrance. You also get your own parking spot.It has ia bathroom however showers are located in the main house and in Lani. The room has a microwave ,mini frig,freezer, air fryer, cooking griddle and its own air conditioning.We have 7 cats.They have access to the lani.If you dont like cats or allergic this may not be a good fit for you.This property is located in River Country estates and the house is over 2700sq ft. It sits on 3/4 acre properry. There is a park and tennis courts available. The Room has a 43“ TV including internet with VPN.Enjoy free prime tv on a firestick.The space is large and bigger(220 sq ft) then just a bedroom. It does not have a closet but lots of places for storage and clothes. Wifi ncluded electric extra Excellent location on the west of US 19.Close to bus routes,hospitals and shopping. Video surveillance for parking.The room is like having your own apartment.No other renters or roomies will be at this property.Smoke free clean room. Enjoy privacy and no interactions from Landlord or other renters.Smoking permitted just outside in lani.

We are a couple in our fifties and you will have your own room,privacy and not have to deal with us. We are looking for someone that has a schedule. NOT someone home 24/7. No work from home or couples. Single occupancy only.Cats only no dogs or other pet species.
