Bedrooms are located on the second floor. 1st floor is completely separated from the 2nd floor to maintain safety and privacy (owner lives in 1st floor). The house is located in the area of 45 North and FM-1960. In a very sought after and safe neighborhood. 3 minutes to Houston Northwest Medical Center. 5 Minutes to 45 North, 15 Minutes to Bush Airport, 15 Minutes to The Woodlands, 18 minutes to downtown Houston. The bedrooms have two closets, and each bedroom has a complete Queen size bedroom set, a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven and ceiling fan. Access to laundry room equipped with commercial grade washer and dryer. NOTE- one person per bedroom. $550 per month, $100 deposit. Three months minimum. Bathroom may be shared with only one female.
