Hello, my name is Chris, and I am renting out the master bedroom in my new house in Northwest Las Vegas. I am rarely home as I spend the majority of my time traveling for work. The house is 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2,719 Sq Ft & is Brand New.

Currently, the master bedroom is available upstairs, which is $800/month all utilities included and furnished. Large private bathroom and his and her walk in closet. One car garage parking/storage space included and your own refrigerator to use. Your own dedicated space in the big pantry to store groceries. Utilities included. The room’s dimensions are 17ft x 16ft.

The house is located in a safe gated 🏡 community in the North West of Las Vegas. The house is currently all women. If you are looking for a clean and quiet house then this is for you. Full kitchen access. I’m looking for one more person to fill the last room. Couples are welcome but extra charge.

Pet Policy: Although I personally love dogs & other animals, since this is a shared living situation, no pets are currently allowed.

The property is super well positioned in the Northwest of Las Vegas, approximately 17-25 minutes away from the strip, depending on traffic. Near Centennial Hills and 12 minutes away from Summerlin. Multiple grocery stores, gym and a bunch of good places to eat are within less than a mile to 3 mile radius of the house. Big chain stores like Target, Home Depot and Walmart are nearby too.

About the roomies

About the owners: Hello, my name is Chris and I worked in property management in LA for 3 years so rest assured the property will have A1 management. After quitting my job in property management I am now a full-time investor/business owner and spend 99% of my time traveling the world. The property is also co-owned by my mother Cristina (who you may meet if you do a walkthrough) & her husband. My mom works in finance and Garret works in Tech. Both of them live in California and are only in Vegas on occasion.
