Beach Boulevard

This is a two bed / two bath at the Huntington Breakers in HB. Includes rent, utilities, electric, high speed fios internet, big tv with access to HBO Max/Hulu/Netflix/Disney+, renters/earthquake insurance, view of the ocean and mountains, washer/dryer in unit, all furnished if needed (futon currently in second bedroom), own bedroom and bathroom, parking spot right next to the house, beach in walking distance, two gyms, two pools, bbq areas. I don’t smoke weed but don’t care about weed smoking in the house. No cigarette smoking in house, porch is fine. Dogs and cats may be considered but I do have a cat and a dog so we’ll have to make sure they get along. My dog is not good with other dogs but loves cats. Lease is up mid January and we can reevaluate the situation then, but possibly willing to stay in the same place through next year. Still undecided but ready to take my roomies needs into consideration as long as they can commit to staying until January at least.

I’m the only one living here now. I work as a paralegal and just graduated with my bachelor’s degree in animation and visual effects. Stabile income and career driven. Very chill, laid-back and open-minded. I’m extremely clean and organized so hoping to find someone with the same mindset. Would love to set up lunch to chat and make sure we will be a good fit!
